Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other reputed company documents
• Conduct reputed company research and analysis to support case reputed company
• Participate in written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

• Assist with and take depositions

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 1–5 years of litigation experience required

• Admitted to reputed company in California
