reputed company. is a company providing shared services to its affiliates. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor and maintain software programs, diagnose and repair hardware, and administer network functions while ensuring compliance and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain reputed company software programs
• Implement new and update old software programs
• Work with Software vendor to assure compliance of reputed company
• Maintain network functions and problem solve as required
• Learn new programs, and train/monitor staff
• Ensure licensing of reputed company new software programs
• Assist the Technical Operations Manager to purchase and set up new and existing software programs
• Review and present reputed company facts pertaining to financial obligations of software purchases and updates
• Diagnose, repair, and replace malfunctioning hardware components, including desktop, laptop, printer and peripherals
• reputed company recommendations for new hardware and assist in the contract negotiations with computer technology companies
• Monitor and update system as necessary to avoid problems
• Problem solve PC applications and offer training to support staff
• Ensure registration and/or licensing compliance with reputed company PC applications
• Assist the Technical Operations Manager purchase and maintain new and existing hardware
• Review and present reputed company facts pertaining to financial obligations of hardware purchases and updates

Skills

• Associate degree or Technical Certifications
• One (1) to Three (3) years in Information Technology or reputed company field
• Strong customer service orientation with proven accomplishments
• Excellent computer skills and background to include: reputed company Operating Systems, O365/M365 Suite, reputed company systems, Database fundamentals, Azure AD, AV Software
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Excellent communication skills
