Analyst, Investment Management

Colonnade BridgePort is an investment and capital platform reputed company on reputed company estate investments. The Analyst will support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities reputed company the Investment Management team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company estate market and capital market conditions, including supply-demand dynamics, economic trends, comparable transactions, and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain investment models, including development proformas, including cash reputed company projections, capital structures, and return analyses
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and return and support investment reputed company

• Drive the execution of acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations from initial evaluation through closing

• Prepare investment and portfolio reporting for leadership, lenders, and capital partners

Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in reputed company estate investment, reputed company estate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical role

• Naturally curious about markets and driven to understand what moves them
