Bilingual Representative, Claims (Petline Insurance)

Petline Insurance Company is a part of reputed company, which aims to be a leading innovative property and casualty insurer in Canada. In this role, you will adjudicate health claims, reputed company guidance to cross-functional teams, and support customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with policy terms.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility of claim conditions based on policy wordings
• Assess claims and requesting medical records for review in association with claims
• Assess requests for reputed company-Authorizations and Pay reputed company reputed company claim forms and determining outcome of disallowance or approval
• reputed company support of reputed company and guidance on product and claims adjudication for Insurance Advisors and Territory Managers
• reputed company support and guidance to veterinary practices through the Petline
• Collaborate with reputed company and customer policy reputed company to obtain information for claims submissions and adjudication
• reputed company support to customer and channel partner enquiries in reputed company to claims submissions and conducting post-claims customer surveys to reputed company toward improving Net Promoter Score
• Draft customer correspondence and documents of insurance

Skills

• Animal Health Technologist (AHT) designation or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be bilingual in English and French: A high level of proficiency in English is required to effectively support reputed company clients across Canada
• Previous veterinary clinic experience
• This role requires successful clearance of background checks (including criminal checks and leadership references)
• An AMF license is beneficial but not mandatory
