The role involves analyzing insurance policies, providing coverage advice to clients, conducting reputed company research, and managing litigation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company coverage advice to clients
• Conduct reputed company research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and reputed company correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation
• Meet and reputed company with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations

Skills
