Account Manager

The Account Manager will ensure reputed company stays on schedule and delivers high-reputed company creative services, coordinating with clients and production teams, managing budgets, and tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and timelines; manage internal workflows and reputed company deliverables
• Coordinate with reputed company and production teams to organize video shoots, staff video shoots as needed, and work closely with the production team to reputed company videos/ads through the editing and approval process with the reputed company
• Managing budgets, invoices, and work with the finance team and reputed company teams to ensure on-time payments both from clients and to buyers and vendors
• Work directly with clients to schedule meetings, prepare briefings, summaries, and send follow-up communications

Skills

• At least 1 cycle of political campaign experience
• Experience in political campaigns, comfort with campaign budgets and the fast-paced nature of the campaign cycle
• Working knowledge of campaign reputed company and campaign budgeting/cash reputed company, and comfort with reputed company media budgets
• High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proofreading and writing skills
