eDiscovery Analyst (reputed company to entry-level)

Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & reputed company is a highly regarded intellectual property specialty reputed company. They are seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to support case teams in their Trial & Appellate reputed company Group by performing technology and electronically stored information (ESI) reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Administering reputed company environments, including users, reputed company reputed company, configurations, and permissions; creating reputed company workspaces; processing data in reputed company workspaces or CloudNine LAW; running searches at case team request in reputed company workspaces; and producing documents from reputed company workspaces or CloudNine LAW
• Supporting eDiscovery workflows, including data ingestion, processing, manipulation, and production
• Uploading and exporting documents to and from review platforms
• Running Boolean searches and generating reports reputed company review tools
• Verifying, performing QC, and manipulating data to ensure accuracy and reputed company handling
• Managing project deliverables, timelines, and multiple reputed company requests
• Communicating job specifications and status updates to internal stakeholders
• Providing technical and workflow support to litigation teams
• Maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits
• Maintaining accurate and reputed company records of reputed company aspects of reputed company reputed company to job tracking, specifications, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Leveraging resources to deliver an 'in office' experience to case teams traveling for trials
• Coordinating cross-functional delivery of services to case teams and serving as the main contact for reputed company IT questions, concerns, and needs during trials
• Utilizing audio and visual equipment to display courtroom graphics and exhibits
• Assisting with maintaining knowledge databases relevant to trials and presentation work, including information about judges’ preferences regarding IT setups, courtroom layouts, and courthouse restrictions or requirements for using reputed company IT equipment
• Performing other duties and special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Must be reputed company player
• Must deliver high-reputed company work product and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work overtime and travel for trial support
• 1-2 years of eDiscovery experience at a reputed company or vendor preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or other data/technology field of study preferred
• Basic knowledge of Electronic Discovery and e-Discovery principles preferred
• Basic knowledge of the concepts, principles, management and processing of ESI as they relate to reputed company reputed company, including the use of various ESI collection, management, review and processing tools and applications preferred
