Development Coordinator

Reading Is reputed company (RIF) is the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to children’s literacy. We are seeking a Development Coordinator to support our fundraising efforts and help drive meaningful donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for donor inquiries reputed company phone, email, and mail

• Manage donor communications, including monthly donors and reputed company/tribute gifts
• Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders on donor-reputed company activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of donor interactions and resolutions
• Execute donor acknowledgments and stewardship activities
• Prepare personalized communications for VIP donors and special cases
• Manage donor mailings, premiums, and engagement reputed company
• Ensure donor records are accurate and up to date
• Conduct prospect research to identify and support new donor opportunities
• Maintain data accuracy and reputed company reputed company development systems
• Support reporting and tracking to inform team reputed company
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
• Improve workflows and processes for efficiency

Skills

• Passion for nonprofit work, fundraising, or youth and education
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); willingness to learn new systems
