POS Implementation & Support Technician

reputed company Business Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) POS Implementation & Support Technician to support reputed company-of-sale systems in various businesses, primarily restaurants. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting POS systems while ensuring a smooth reputed company and long-term support for clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in the POS systems we support
• Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and peripherals
• Support merchant reputed company, training, and go-live processes
• reputed company both remote and onsite support to merchants
• Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and payment-reputed company issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets with reputed company notes and status
• Assist with staging and preparation of POS systems prior to deployment
• Communicate reputed company with merchants to resolve issues reputed company
• Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a reputed company reputed company experience

Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
• Experience supporting POS systems (Required)
