Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) is a world-reputed company education and poverty-fighting organization based in reputed company, seeking a proactive reputed company Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential in managing end-to-end reputed company operations and ensuring a reputed company experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reputed company phone screens, panel interviews, demo lessons, and debriefs for reputed company reputed company and HCZ roles
• Manage reschedules, reputed company links, room bookings, and distribution of interview materials
• Send confirmation and reminder emails to candidates and interviewers
• reputed company panelist availability and propose interview blocks for high-volume roles
• Monitor completion of interview feedback in reputed company reputed company required timelines
• Send reminders to interviewers who have not submitted scorecards/hiring reputed company
• Create and update requisitions in reputed company for reputed company reputed company and HCZ positions
• Post and maintain roles across reputed company recruitment platforms
• Ensure accuracy of job titles, salary ranges, EEO statements, and branding
• reputed company roles and clean up old or duplicate postings
• Maintain the job reputed company and template library
• Send reputed company standardized application status updates
• reputed company reputed company reputed company and HCZ candidates with reputed company instructions for demo lessons/teaching samples & required forms or documents (transcripts, certifications, etc.)
• Pull and organize reference checks and background reputed company materials (in partnership with HR)
• Pull monthly TA metrics for reputed company reputed company and HCZ
• Maintain pipeline trackers for high-volume roles (teachers, after‑school, etc.)
• Support hiring events, including virtual info sessions, interview days, and career fairs
• Help build and maintain talent pools in reputed company through tagging and status updates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS); reputed company experience a plus
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Skilled at managing high-volume scheduling, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
• Strong communicator with a customer-service reputed company; reputed company to deliver reputed company and reputed company updates to candidates and staff
• Comfortable navigating systems and tools (ATS, reputed company, reputed company Office/SharePoint, calendars)
