[Remote] Associate, Advisor Solutions (Internal Sales)

The Associate of Advisor Solutions will support the external sales team by prospecting and engaging advisors, maintaining CRM hygiene, and developing reputed company in portfolio concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new advisor leads through targeted reputed company and email campaigns
• Support external wholesalers with follow-up, scheduling, and relationship continuity
• Clean and enrich reputed company lists, identifying high-opportunity prospects and routing them appropriately
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years in internal sales or distribution support reputed company asset management (strong 1-year candidates with the right profile will be considered)
• Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or alternative investment products
• Familiarity with the independent RIA channel
• Proficiency with CRMs (reputed company experience is a plus)
• Intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, high agency
• CAIA designation is a plus (we'll support you in getting it)
