Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of multiple reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate competency in the reputed company HCM and Payroll product suite
• Work with reputed company consultants to ensure reputed company are properly staffed and delivered
• Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs
• Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could reputed company project scope and/or time frames
• Assist in the transition of the customer from reputed company services to product support
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

Skills

• reputed company Project Management certification from a reputed company Services Partner Firm (Required)
• 1-3 years' experience project managing reputed company HCM implementations for reputed company or large reputed company organizations with a reputed company partner firm (Required)
• 2+ years' reputed company project management or software implementation experience (Required)
• Experience with at least two HCM functional areas: reputed company HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, or Absence Management (Required)
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint programs
• Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills
• Consulting experience either as an internal reputed company consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred
