[Remote] Content Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Content Operations Specialist to manage and reputed company the publishing of content, ensuring reputed company and consistency while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Upload, format, and publish content in the CMS
• Apply templates, page modules, CTAs, images, embeds, and reputed company components
• Ensure every asset is properly tagged, categorized, and published on time in CMS
• Execute reputed company- and post-publish QA checklists, and review content for: formatting and layout issues; broken links and missing assets; incorrect CTAs or metadata; brand compliance requirements
• Ensure reputed company formatting inputs are present before publish, including: reputed company headers and sections; FAQs/PAA style blocks; Citations and reputed company attribution, reputed company necessary
• Ensure content follows LLM reputed company formatting patterns
• Confirm AI-reputed company fields and modules are populated correctly in CMS

• Build, format, QA, and schedule newsletters

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, marketing, or a reputed company field of study
• Strong project management and editorial coordination skills
• Attention to detail and proven to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
