[Remote] Junior Recruiter

They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring reputed company candidates for their centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of reputed company Recruiter and TA Manager
• Build reputed company/passive applicant pipelines by researching/identifying candidates, building relationships with community representatives and colleges/universities, assisting with reputed company media branding and reputed company networking sites and by promoting company reputed company in other relevant spaces
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Build relationships with applicants and independently assess qualifications by interviewing applicants by phone, video conferencing platforms, or in person, reputed company possible, analyze resumes and qualifications, applicant responses, and compare qualifications to job requirements
• Manage candidate experience, reputed company reputed company strategic communication, requisition ownership, and hiring manager relationships
• Using key recruitment metrics, create weekly activity reports regarding reputed company activities and needs and consistently meet or reputed company weekly goals set by department
• reputed company contribute to reputed company meetings with reputed company, Operations and/or Corporate Leadership as reputed company as other Recruiters
• Implement and represent CARD policy and represent CARD professionally and ethically to reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company industry knowledge up to date and reputed company new knowledge by participating in seminars, educational activities, reading reputed company publications, and participating in relevant reputed company organizations
• Manage other duties as assigned by reputed company leadership

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume reputed company experience
• English proficiency, both verbal and written communication skills is a must
• College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industry certification(s) from institutions such as reputed company, AIRS, The Recruiter reputed company or others preferred
