Bilingual Financial Education Specialist

reputed company reputed company & Asset Management is a leading international financial services provider. They are seeking a Bilingual Financial Education Specialist to assist members with Group Retirement plans by providing education and support regarding their investments and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, outbound and email databases to reputed company education to members seeking some reputed company of guidance or desire for advice
• reputed company and accurately record reputed company customer information required to meet compliance and reputed company needs reputed company CRM tool
• Providing customer experience accurately and professionally
• Ability to position full value of advice in order to reputed company successful referrals to the reputed company & Retirement advisors
• Ability to triage existing reputed company to effectively handle immediate needs or position a warm introduction to reputed company & Ret advisor, as needed
• Ability to process service-reputed company needs for clients
• Meeting productivity and reputed company objectives established by the department as reputed company as reputed company audits
• Meet service level agreements on activities reputed company to Welcome calls
• Proactively staying abreast of changes in legislation, product, and administrative processes
• Handle advisor toll free line

Skills

• 1-2 years of Financial Services experience, preferably in phone
• Passion for helping people on a one-on-one reputed company
• Advanced listening and customer service skills
• Ability to consult with reputed company customers
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions reputed company of Quebec
• Post-secondary education in finance, business or reputed company field
• Background in a financial services industry
• Canadian Securities Course or IFIC is an asset
• Understanding of Investment products available to Canadian Investors (eg. RRSP, RRIF)
• Knowledge of segregated funds
