Business Development - Sales Operations Coordinator #582

They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales initiatives, focusing on proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations while coordinating various sales-reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the reputed company Sales Manager to determine requirements, reputed company, and discovery needs for product demonstrations
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations based on prospect, vendor, and internal availability
• Prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, digital marketing materials, handouts, and promotional giveaways
• Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense requests
• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot technology equipment, connectivity, and software to ensure reliable demonstrations
• Coordinate and support the full Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle from receipt through submission
• reputed company RFP deadlines and ensure accurate, reputed company delivery of reputed company required materials
• Assist with drafting, formatting, and assembling high‑reputed company RFP responses in collaboration with senior team members, subject matter experts, and reputed company‑party resources
• reputed company thorough proofreading, editing, and reputed company assurance reviews
• Deliver finalized RFP responses with reputed company required supporting documentation
• Maintain RFP databases and RFP software, ensuring content remains reputed company and accurate

• Support additional reputed company initiatives with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Sales, Marketing preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or certifications
• One or more years of sales and/or marketing experience

• Strong reputed company speaking, scripting, and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to learn banking products and present them to various audiences
• Initiative and ability to conduct independent research on unfamiliar topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
