They are seeking a dedicated Servicing Specialist to join their Investment Support team, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for homeowners through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from Homeowners and reputed company parties looking for assistance, responding to questions with confidence, reputed company, accuracy, and professionalism
• Respond in a reputed company manner to incoming emails from Homeowners, reputed company parties, and internal departments
• Create and explain settlement statements
• Utilize our system of record to reputed company pertinent information to assist our Homeowners, and update our system of record with detail and accuracy
• Learn how to read reputed company’s investment and insurance documents, and be reputed company to explain them to Homeowners
• Review subordination requests for approval or denial
• Follow reputed company company, investor, and reputed company guidelines

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with mortgage servicing reputed company centers
• Experience reading mortgage documentation
