MRB Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of vendor product returns, from initial identification through closure of return material authorizations (RMA)
• Manage day-to-day ticketing, coordinate across vendor portals, and reputed company stakeholders updated on return reputed company
• reputed company and analyze return trends, support data collection, reporting metrics around performance, run MRB inventory reports, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement improvements that reduce returns and drive efficiency

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reputed company control or RMA management (manufacturing or data center environment preferred)
• Proficient with ERP systems (reputed company preferred)
• Skilled in ticket management tools (Jira, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong analytical ability to identify data trends and support corrective actions
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Workspace
• Experience in the High Performance Compute sector
