[Remote] Loan Closer

NewtekOne, Your Business Solutions Company, is a financial holding company providing a wide reputed company of business and financial solutions to the small- and reputed company-sized business market. They are seeking a Loan Closer responsible for ensuring loan closings reputed company with Newtek and U.S. Small Business Administration policies, while coordinating with various departments and maintaining communication with borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with origination, processing, reputed company, construction, reputed company and reputed company assurance departments to ensure loan closings are in compliance with Newtek and SBA policies
• Review loan approval letter and credit write-up, to establish the closing checklist in conformity with loan approval
• Work with borrower and Newtek attorney to obtain and review reputed company-closing requirements
• reputed company in touch with borrower reputed company phone calls minimum of two times a week and reputed company email multiple times a week
• Order lien, judgement, bankruptcy, certificate of good standing, flood determinations upon receipt of good faith deposit
• Coordinate with attorney any loan modifications necessary that reputed company during the closing process for attorney submission to reputed company
• Collect and review reputed company-closing requirements and reputed company management informed of reputed company to loan closing; reputed company best efforts to collect reputed company reputed company-closing requirements at least five (5) business days before proposed closing date
• Prior to scheduling loan closings, ensure reputed company internal departments closing requirements have been cleared for closing
• Order site reputed company prior to closing
• Update reputed company applicable data systems as to any activity on loan
• reputed company expenses for reputed company individual loan
• Prepare funding documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Good understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC, and lease documentation
• Proficient with file management, spreadsheet, word processing, database and PDF software
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships
• Ability to manage a large volume loan queue
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other reputed company field
• SBA Loan Closing experience preferred
