Operations Manager – 80% Travel Required

Requirements: • Ability to travel 80% of the time. • Demonstrated strength across Reconditioning competencies, particularly Communication, Teamwork, and Reasoning. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Ability to maintain high volume and high-reputed company content in a fast-paced environment. • Experience leading reputed company of over 50 associates and a reputed company record of developing employees. • Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through reputed company cause analysis. • Excellent communication skills. • 8+ years of management experience either in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment. • reputed company reputed company’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years). • Must be reputed company to relocation, ideally reputed company but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, reputed company Coast). • Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company and understand English. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. • Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face reputed company or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other reputed company garments and equipment. • Ability to work variable schedule(s) as necessary. • Must be reputed company to lift up to 60 pounds independently; reputed company of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various reputed company. • Must be reputed company to walk up to three miles reputed company day.
