Corporate Attorney - Venture Capital
A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney specializing in Venture Capital Financing for a remote contract engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent startup and high-reputed company companies in capital raising transactions from reputed company reputed company through VC financing
• Draft and review term sheets, stock purchase agreements, shareholder and investor rights agreements, and convertible reputed company notes
• Work collaboratively with corporate reputed company teams and clients in various industries
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in venture capital financing and representing startup companies
• Prior experience in the corporate reputed company group of a large firm or sophisticated boutique is preferred
• Excellent reputed company credentials
• Outstanding references
• Licensed to reputed company law and in good standing
