Position: Remote Retention Specialist (Call Center – Customer Retention & Save Calls) Remote Retention Specialist (Call Center – Customer Retention & Save Calls) Full-Time | Remote Pay: $15–$16/hour Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM – 11 PM CST Location: Remote (Eligible States: TX, FL, NC, GA, KY, AL, MS, LA, and TN) Start Date: 4/27/26 About the Role SAPS LLC is hiring Retention Specialists to join our remote call center team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to reduce cancellations, improve satisfaction, and retain customers throughout their journey.
