Interim Marketing Project Manager (Direct Response / Subscription eCommerce)
Overview
We are a direct response, subscription-based health & wellness company (free trial / continuity model) seeking an Interim Marketing Project Manager to step in immediately.
Our current PM is transitioning out in ~2 weeks, and we need someone who can quickly ramp, shadow for a short handoff period, and maintain execution across active marketing initiatives.
This is an execution-focused role. Strategy and prioritization will be guided internally.
What You’ll Own
Day-to-day project management across marketing initiatives
Coordination across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and CRO teams
Managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across:
Campaign launches
Landing pages & funnels
Upsells / free trial flows
Lifecycle (email/SMS) execution
Ensuring projects stay on track and blockers are surfaced quickly
Maintaining organization and visibility within our PM tool (Wrike or similar)
Must-Haves
Strong experience in marketing project management
Background in eCommerce or DTC environments
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workflows simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
Comfortable stepping into an existing system with minimal ramp
Available to start immediately and overlap for a short transition period
Nice-to-Haves (Strong Preference)
Experience in direct response marketing
Exposure to subscription / continuity / free trial models
Experience in health, wellness, or supplement brands
Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Asana, Monday, or ClickUp
Understanding of funnels, CRO, or performance marketing workflows
Engagement Details
Contract (20–25 hours/week)
Duration: Short-term interim (with potential extension)
Hourly Rate: $50–$70/hr (depending on experience)
Must be able to start within 1 week from 4/06/2025
Expected to shadow current PM briefly before transition
