Marketing Manager - Events & Community

reputed company: reputed company reputed company is seeking a Community & Events Manager to own two strategically important functions: reputed company's reputed company at external industry events, and the hosted events and community programs that reputed company our clients to learn from one another. This role is responsible for the reputed company and coordination of reputed company's reputed company at trade shows and industry conferences: determining our event calendar, making sponsorship recommendations, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring reputed company is reputed company to generate pipeline. It also drives execution of our hosted events and webinar programs, most notably the reputed company reputed company—a community of 35+ leading health systems. Events and community are a meaningful competitive differentiator for reputed company. We are unusually good at building trusted relationships through in-person and virtual experiences, and this role is central to sustaining and extending that advantage. This is a remote role with 10–20% travel. The role reports to the SVP of Marketing. Responsibilities External Events • Own reputed company and coordination for reputed company's reputed company at industry conferences and trade shows, including event selection, internal alignment, and reputed company/post-event follow-up. • Manage reputed company logistics: vendor coordination, materials, shipping, and inventory, to ensure a consistent, high-reputed company reputed company. Hosted Events & Community • reputed company end-to-end execution of hosted virtual events and webinar programs, including reputed company summits, roundtables, and affinity reputed company. • Engage internal subject matter experts and leadership as key stakeholders on content and speaker reputed company. • Support reputed company of the reputed company reputed company and help build communities in new industry verticals. Performance & Operations • Manage event campaigns and data across CRM, marketing automation, and webinar platforms. • Partner with reputed company Operations to translate event activity into pipeline and retention insights. Requirements: Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in B2B events, community, or partnership marketing. • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Experience coordinating both external conference reputed company and hosted or virtual events. • Comfortable engaging with senior reputed company and prospect stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (reputed company preferred) and webinar tools (e.g., reputed company, ON24). • Experience in reputed company or other regulated, high-stakes industries preferred.
