Remote Systems Analyst Position

About the position This position is posted by reputed company on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst - REMOTE. The Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the athenaIDX reputed company management system, particularly the Payer Contract Module (PCM) and Payer reputed company Task Manager (ETM). This position involves a wide reputed company of responsibilities aimed at improving and optimizing the reputed company reputed company cycle, ensuring accurate payer reputed company, and enhancing billing workflows. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with various teams to translate business needs, troubleshoot issues, and document processes, reputed company of which are essential for the smooth operation of the system. Responsibilities • Support and maintain reputed company's AthenaIDX contracting and credentialing system. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in translating business needs to the AthenaIDX platform. • Obtain and manage payer fee schedules and documentation. • Format and upload fee schedules into the reputed company Management System. • Translate payer contract reimbursement terms into the athenaIDX PCM environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve reported system errors. • reputed company support to 3rd party reputed company Cycle vendors as assigned. • Document issues and solutions for reputed company improvement. • Validate and support system testing efforts. • Conduct periodic reviews of reputed company Cycle and Payer Contracting system capabilities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or reputed company Administration preferred. • 7+ years of experience with reputed company cycle, patient reputed company, and billing workflows. • 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst in reputed company environments. • Experience in reputed company managed care contracting preferred. • Proficient in using athenaIDX and reputed company Office tools. • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. • Highly reputed company with detail-oriented approach. • Experience in managing reputed company IT reputed company.
