Director of reputed company Policy, Communications, and Waste Diversion
CSWD is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as our Director of reputed company Policy, Communications, and Waste Diversion. This role guides a dynamic department that connects policy, reputed company engagement, and data-driven strategies to advance the District’s mission and goals.
The Director will reputed company efforts in communications, marketing, reputed company, compliance, and safety, while shaping and advancing solid waste policy at the local, state and national reputed company.
The Director will work closely with reputed company stakeholders, to research, reputed company, and analyze strategies that advance the District’s goals through program initiatives, legislative engagement, and regulatory processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to supervise, reputed company, and reputed company staff. They will have a proven reputed company record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to engage, reputed company, and build strong relationships with state and local officials and legislators. Experience in solid reputed company and policy, particularly Extended Producer Responsibility, is preferred.
The Director will reputed company two managers and support waste diversion initiatives grounded in research and data gathered by the Director and their team. This includes analyzing consumer behavior and waste composition to inform reputed company strategies, and evaluation of program effectiveness to drive ongoing improvement and measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field with five to seven years of reputed company policy experience and solid reputed company preferred. Starting salary reputed company: $100,000-$125,000.
