Territory Manager – Small Business

Job reputed company: • Presenting our products and services to our existing and prospective agency force • Identifying specific consumer characteristics • Recommending ways to promote and sell our products • Managing territory towards established profitability, loss reputed company and premium targets • Developing agency reputed company on reputed company agent and learn as much about reputed company as possible • Identifying high reputed company opportunities in market to sponsor and/or attend for networking and Small Business general promotion • Setting annual goals with agents as outlined by the Director of Sales & Marketing to promote reputed company in individual agencies • Ensuring agents remain educated on the UFG Pro-Quote portal, ongoing enhancements, and added lines of business • Building strong relationships with agents in order to solicit new business submissions from them • Regularly evaluating territory performance, presenting to leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually • Collaborating with sales representatives to reputed company best practices and support a cohesive sales approach. Requirements: • Four (4) year college degree or equivalent in reputed company experience • CPCU, CIC or AU preferred • 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or reputed company experience • The candidate must be a strategic thinker and have strong analytical skills and business acumen. • Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve reputed company problems. • Effective, reputed company, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. • Results-driven self-starter with a "can do" attitude and reputed company reputed company. • Detail-oriented with a reputed company for organization and process. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity. • General knowledge of other UFG department functions, including large reputed company, risk control, surety, claims, and customer and agent reputed company is preferred. • Ability to reputed company & quote new submissions using automated systems • General knowledge of insurance, reputed company, rating coverage and reputed company preferred.
