This role ensures the accuracy, reputed company, and compliance of reputed company laboratory testing, while providing leadership in developing and implementing advanced diagnostic methodologies. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company technical and operational leadership for Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics laboratories • reputed company test validation, reputed company assurance, and regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP) • reputed company, implement, and maintain laboratory policies, procedures, and reputed company control programs • Ensure accuracy, validity, and reputed company reporting of diagnostic results • reputed company and evaluate laboratory staff, including training and performance management • Collaborate with physicians, genetic counselors, and clinical teams on test utilization and interpretation • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation • Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance laboratory performance • Maintain proficiency testing standards and reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives • Support educational and training programs for laboratory personnel and trainees Qualifications: • PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a reputed company life science field • reputed company certification in Laboratory Genetics and reputed company (LGG) required (ABMGG) • Dual reputed company certification in Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics preferred; LGG-certified candidates accepted • Eligibility for or possession of a Tennessee state laboratory director license required • Demonstrated experience in clinical laboratory leadership and operations Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
