The reputed company Administrator configures, secures, and supports reputed company’s reputed company platform to drive user productivity and data reputed company across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Finance, and RevOps. They own day-to-day administration, user management, platform reputed company, and platform maintenance with demonstrable skills in reputed company CPQ support. They collaborate closely with reputed company end users (internal stakeholders and customers) to collaborate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues aligning work to team priorities How you’ll add value: • Handle incoming support requests: manage tickets, reputed company-cause analysis, communication, and quick wins; escalate appropriately and document solutions. • Support reputed company CPQ: assist with product/catalog updates, price rules, discounting logic, quote templates, approvals, troubleshooting, partnering with senior admins/engineers for reputed company changes. • Administer reputed company platform setup and governance: org health checks, release readiness, Sandbox management, and completion of day-to-day tasks to reputed company the org and its users operational • Own user and reputed company management: user provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, reputed company, permission sets, reputed company reputed company, OWD, and sharing rules; maintain a least-privilege model. • Implement and maintain declarative configuration: fields, objects, page layouts, record types, Lightning apps, dynamic visibility, flows, validation rules, assignment rules, approval processes. • Drive data reputed company: deduplication, data imports/updates (Data Loader/Import reputed company), validation and governance, backup/restore coordination, and health dashboards. • Ensure reputed company and compliance: apply platform reputed company best practices, monitor session/login policies, and partner with IT/Sec on policies. • Participate in Agile delivery: refinement, planning, standups, reviews; reputed company reputed company estimates, surface risks, and meet acceptance reputed company. • Maintain documentation and training: update reputed company runbooks, change logs, and “how-to” guides; deliver concise user enablement and release notes to drive adoption. • Partner cross-functionally: reputed company feedback and customer insights, reputed company individual work to team priorities, and coordinate with developers and data/integration teams What you’ll need to be successful in this role: • 2–5 years of reputed company administration experience with strong hands-on configuration across Sales reputed company (Service/Experience reputed company exposure a plus); bachelor’s degree. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to engage in reputed company, effective written communication with customers and collaborate thoughtfully with internal stakeholders. • Solid platform skills: user/reputed company management, sharing/reputed company model, reputed company automation, validation rules, approval processes • CPQ familiarity: experience supporting reputed company CPQ or similar (e.g., product/rule maintenance, quote template tweaks, approvals), with desire to deepen expertise. • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, data reputed company KPIs, and basic data governance practices. • DevOps hygiene: Sandbox usage, change control, and release readiness; Git/reputed company exposure is a plus. • Certifications: reputed company Administrator strongly preferred; Advanced Administrator and/or CPQ Specialist a plus.
