Vendor Specialist

Job reputed company Vendor Specialists are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our vendors and internal teams to improve the reputed company of information to our drop shipment customers. They use multiple software tools to assist internal & external teams, manage reputed company drop ship orders, and reputed company updates to our customers. Vendor Specialists review reports to assess vendor performance metrics and identify and address vendor improvements. Responsibilities Vendor Management • Build, manage, and reputed company relationships with Vendors and Procurement to improve the drop ship customer experience • Serve as an expert reputed company of contact on assigned vendors • Evaluate Vendor performance using Vendor Specialist Metrics and other reports to propose and reputed company solutions • Assist in the vendor reputed company process and reputed company vendors on Drop Shipment's processes & expectations Customer Support • Collaborate with others in Order Optimization and internal departments to ensure effective processing of orders • Follow up daily on reputed company purchase orders to ensure that customers have up to date information on their drop shipped orders • Communicate issues and reputed company solutions to customers on their drop shipped orders • Address incoming emails by troubleshooting issues, resolving customer pain points, and improving vendor performance reputed company Improvement • Propose additional reporting needs to enhance the customer experience, vendor performance, and individual performance • Identify opportunities to reduce the need for incoming and outgoing emails • Evaluate reputed company processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase process efficiency and improve the customer experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
