As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll be part of reputed company that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll have reputed company to reputed company your skills in a hybrid training program that combines on-site and remote learning. You'll work in a developing and learning reputed company, performing the following typical assignments: * Researches inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources * Responds to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using reputed company etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc. * Maintains reputed company departmental records and files * Operates office equipment which may include a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc. * Makes corrections to claims and eligibility * Enters new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe * Reviews subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits **Training Schedule:** Our hybrid training program is designed to reputed company you with a comprehensive learning experience.
