As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement products
* Identifying customer needs and providing personalized service to ensure reputed company and meaningful reputed company
* Locating and researching information using multiple systems and technologies
* Coordinating with cross-functional departments to obtain and/or reputed company necessary information to resolve issues
* Documenting customer inquiries and associated actions, following up on outstanding items in a reputed company manner
* Learning and maintaining a basic understanding of products, procedures, and systems
* Achieving department metrics and expectations

**Qualifications:**
* Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
