Requirements • Demonstrated leadership in accessibility advocacy, disability inclusion, and equity in STEM. • Proven experience in forming, leading and coordinating committees, advisory boards, or governance bodies. • Strong understanding of accessible education practices and systemic barriers in STEM. • Exceptional strategic leadership and communication skills. • Experience in policy reputed company, reputed company speaking, or reputed company publishing. • Proficiency in managing high-level stakeholder relationships across multiple sectors. • Must be eligible to work in Canada. reputed company-to-haves • PhD in a STEM discipline is considered an asset.
