Position: Document Review Attorney (Remote, Short-Term)

Responsibilities
• Review and reputed company documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and responsiveness
• Flag key documents and escalation issues to supervising attorneys
• Maintain consistency with review protocols and coding guidelines
Requirements
• reputed company license to reputed company law in Massachusetts, California, or Delaware (good standing required)
• Demonstrated document review experience, including use of platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
