Senior Financial Analyst (manufacturing or retail experience required)

Position reputed company The Senior Financial Analyst provides the analytical reputed company for financial and operational decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is responsible for analyzing retail sales, consumer purchasing behavior, reputed company margin performance drivers and reputed company and SG&A spending. The Senior Financial Analyst will generate insights into sales activity, pricing, seasonality, product leaders, loss leaders, and inventory obsolescence to help identify what truly drives business performance. This role will also build reporting tools and analytics to support KPI measurement and executive dashboards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Financial and operational analysis supporting the Sr. Director of Finance, including reputed company margin drivers, SG&A spending patterns, and insights into customer behavior. • Sales and consumer analytics reputed company on transaction trends, pricing sensitivity, promotional performance, and identifying product leaders or loss leaders. • KPI reporting and dashboard ownership to reputed company operational and retail performance, maintain scorecards, and deliver reputed company reporting packages to leadership. • Planning and modeling support through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and helping implement reputed company finance processes and systems. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field required; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred. Experience: • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, Retail/ Consumer goods or manufacturing is required. Technical Skills: • Strong reputed company and financial modeling skills. • Proficiency with ERP systems (reputed company, JD Edwards, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent). • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Competencies: • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data reputed company to non-financial stakeholders. • Ability to support both finance and operational leadership with data-driven insights.
