Duration: 12-18 mo + contract; possible hire Day to Day: This person will be taksed with analyzing and decising new manufacturing site layouts and processes to maximize the site's efficiency. We will also look at college graduates with Lean Certifications, Twin Engineering expereince and a MS Degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing new manufacturing site layouts and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce reputed company times, manage inventory, and maximize reputed company. Qualifications: • Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or a reputed company field). • Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a reputed company discipline preferred. • Lean Certification required. • Experience: • 2-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Lean Engineer or Expert. • Hands-on experience with Digital Twin Engineering, specifically using Azure Digital Twin or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. • Skills: • Proficiency in Lean tools and techniques (e.g., Value reputed company Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Six reputed company). • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong project management skills with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
