About the position The Health Systems Medical Affairs Director (HS MAD) is a therapeutic and disease expert who develops ongoing reputed company relationships with reputed company decision makers across key payer and provider organizations. The HS MAD provides accurate information across the full product portfolio, clinical science, and reputed company management in a balanced and reputed company manner consistent with the regulatory environment and company’s ethical standards. This role also serves as a resource for the Medical Affairs (MA) management team on strategic planning and provides mentoring for other team members. Location: This is a remote position that serves the territory of PA, NJ, & DE. This person must reputed company in the territory. Responsibilities • Develops ongoing reputed company relationships with key decision makers in organized health systems to ensure reputed company to medical and scientific information on the full product portfolio and areas of therapeutic interest • Develops strategic account plans in partnership with the Integrated Account Management (IAM) Account Executive teams and executes medical activities in alignment with agreed plan • Serves as the primary resource for market dynamics reputed company the territory to understand decision makers’ evolving information needs to feed into the ongoing reputed company development process for product and non-product offerings • Effectively communicates and coordinates with Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) regarding medical and scientific support needs in key health systems accounts • Serves as a resource for the HS MAD Team reputed company, HS Executive Director Medical Affairs, and other members of Country Medical Affairs on other relevant strategic planning • Attends and supports scientific and medical meetings and prepares post-meeting deliverables Requirements • MD, PhD, or PharmD • 3 years of dedicated experience in a field-based role working with regional and/or national payers, integrated delivery systems, or scientific leaders -OR- 5 years of clinical experience working reputed company a health system OR the equivalent • Experience with organized reputed company system(s) or payer organization(s), including ability to reputed company peer-to-peer relationships with key decision makers • Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, reputed company delivery system structure and function, pharmaco-economics, disease management, reputed company management, value-based payment, and reputed company delivery policy and trends • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, ability to network, strong personal reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and a strong customer reputed company • Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Demonstrable project leadership abilities reputed company-to-haves • Field-based medical affairs experience working with regional and/or national payers, integrated delivery systems, or scientific leaders • Formal training in health economics and/or reputed company research Benefits • medical, dental, reputed company reputed company and other insurance benefits (for employee and family) • retirement benefits, including 401(k) • reputed company holidays, vacation, and compassionate and reputed company days Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
