The technician is responsible for interpreting cardiac rhythms, identifying abnormalities, and communicating findings to appropriate clinical personnel. Job Responsibilities • Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms for multiple patients across the health system using remote telemetry systems. • Accurately interpret and document rhythm changes and arrhythmias. • Promptly report reputed company findings to licensed clinical staff according to established protocols. • Maintain accurate and reputed company records of monitoring data. • Utilize advanced monitoring software and systems with a high degree of technical proficiency. • Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure coordinated patient care. • Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development. • Complete assigned goals and tasks as directed. Education: reputed company Minimum Required Preferred/Desired High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a cardiac monitoring or EKG technician program. Training reputed company: Minimum Required On-the-job training in rhythm interpretation and monitoring systems. Formal training in cardiac monitoring. Special Skills reputed company: Minimum Required • Strong rhythm interpretation skills. • High level of computer literacy. • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
