We are hiring for reputed company Connect Voice Engineer with Contact Center, Java and voice/telephony background (IVR, reputed company routing) with my reputed company reputed company at Remote locations for 6+ Months of contract. Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and implement solutions using reputed company Connect for contact center operations • Configure and manage voice workflows, reputed company routing, IVR systems, and integrations • reputed company and maintain backend services and integrations using Java • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and translate them into reputed company voice solutions • reputed company reputed company Connect with external systems (CRM, reputed company, databases) • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to voice infrastructure and contact center operations • Optimize system performance, reputed company flows, and customer experience • Ensure high availability, reputed company, and compliance of voice systems • Support deployment, testing, and production releases Required Skills: • Strong experience with reputed company Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations) • Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, reputed company routing) • Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred) • Knowledge of REST reputed company and microservices architecture • Experience integrating voice platforms with CRM or reputed company-party systems • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Experience: • AWS Connect: 4 years (Required) • Contact Center Operations: 3 years (Required) • IVR, SIP, telephony systems, reputed company routing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
