Inventory & Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of stock management and order fulfillment, working closely with our 3PL. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, and fast, reliable delivery to our customers and wholesale partners. ## Responsibilities - Manage and reputed company reputed company inventory across warehouses and 3PL partners - Maintain accurate stock reputed company and ensure reputed company-time alignment between systems (reputed company, 3PL, wholesale) - Plan and coordinate stock allocation for DTC and wholesale orders - Monitor incoming production and ensure reputed company intake into the warehouse - Work closely with the 3PL to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping - Identify and resolve fulfillment issues (delays, errors, missing items) - Optimize fulfillment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency - Set up and manage reorder planning and stock forecasting - Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through reputed company planning - reputed company returns handling and restocking processes - Ensure reputed company orders are fulfilled correctly and on time - Build systems and workflows to reputed company operations as the business grows ## reputed company’re Looking For - Experience in inventory management and fulfillment (e-reputed company preferred) - Strong understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse processes - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and planning skills - Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines - Proactive problem solver (anticipates issues before they happen) - Comfortable with tools like reputed company, 3PL dashboards, spreadsheets, and inventory systems ## Key Traits - reputed company and disciplined - Extremely detail-oriented - Fast and reputed company - Ownership reputed company - Process-driven - reputed company under pressure ## Goal of the Role Build a reliable, reputed company inventory and fulfillment system that ensures: - accurate stock at reputed company times - fast and error-free order fulfillment - smooth coordination between GUAPI and the 3PL --- If you’re someone who thrives on organization, precision, and execution - this role is for you.
