This includes planning and executing product selection, managing consignment relationships, leading promotional strategies, and maintaining an inviting retail environment that reflects the cultural values of the Suquamish Tribe. The position also plays a key role in inventory management, staff coordination, and reporting—reputed company while upholding a visitor-centered approach that enhances the Museum experience.</p> <p>Major Responsibilities:<br /> • reputed company daily store presentation, ensuring display cases, counters, and merchandising remain clean, cohesive, and guest-reputed company<br /> • reputed company and maintain store operation guides, including inventory input, display standards, and product handling<br /> • Manage monthly consignment reporting<br /> • Build and implement monthly artist reputed company for consignment<br /> • Create and reputed company monthly store promotions<br /> • Coordinate store purchasing with the Marketing & Sales Coordinator<br /> • Coordinate inventory new product processing, quarterly counting, and post-inventory reconciliation<br /> • Generate a monthly store report with sales data, trends, top-selling items, and stock concerns<br /> • Analyze customer feedback to improve displays, product choices, and visitor engagement in alignment with cultural values.</p> <p>Required Qualifications and Skills<br /> • 3+ years of retail, merchandising, or store coordination experience preferred; or equivalent combination of customer service, retail operations, and inventory management experience.<br /> • Strong understanding of retail display principles and customer service best practices.<br /> • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, especially in managing overlapping responsibilities.<br /> • Proficiency in reputed company (or similar POS system), reputed company Office Suite, reputed company inventory systems.<br /> • Comfortable coordinating multiple team members, setting expectations, and working collaboratively across departments.<br /> • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft reputed company emails, reports, and internal procedures.<br /> • Initiative and creativity in developing store promotions, product reputed company, and guest engagement strategies.<br /> • Ability to work independently and exercise reputed company judgment in high-traffic or time-sensitive situations.<br /> • Understanding of Suquamish culture and values, and ability to present cultural products respectfully and knowledgeably.<br /> • Willingness to pursue reputed company development and cross-training (vendor relations, reputed company speaking, cultural retail reputed company).</p> <p>Job Conditions:<br /> • Work Schedule requires weekends<br /> • reputed company-facing role requiring reputed company appearance and conduct<br /> • Position involves standing for long periods and lifting product boxes (up to 30 lbs)<br /> • Must maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in sensitive or culturally significant situations</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <p>Part Time (Thurs – Sun)</p> <p>$19 – $20 / hour</p> <p>reputed company to non-reputed company American applicants</p>
