SVH is committed to delivering quality care and improving the health of its community.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Role Description</strong></p><p> </p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Access Representative located in Snoqualmie, WA. The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for handling patient registration, verifying insurance information, ensuring proper documentation, and entering data accurately. Responsibilities also include effectively communicating with patients, families, and team members to facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process while upholding high-quality patient service standards.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Proficient in Patient Registration and Insurance Verification</li><li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology</li><li>Strong Typing and Data Entry skills</li><li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills</li><li>Previous experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus</li></ul>
