We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support our partner, reputed company, in Germany. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, from tracking delivered and canceled orders to following up with partners on issues and cancellations. This role has the flexibility to be divided into shifts and can be customized based on your availability.
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Monthly Salary for Employee 1: 22,880 EGP
+ Monthly Salary for Employee 2: 14,300 EGP
* 5-Day / 1-Day Division:
+ Primary Employee: 5 days a week (13 hours daily)
