Position: Seasonal Elections Onsite Manager Location: Rockland, CA (Remote with the ability to meet with new hires as needed) Pay: $32/hour Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: • Variable Hours reputed company 26 – July 12 • No work Mid July – Mid August • Variable Hours Late August – Late November HB reputed company is seeking a Seasonal Elections Onsite Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! The Seasonal Elections Onsite Manager is responsible for owning workforce performance and delivery execution at assigned election sites during a high-volume, time-sensitive period. This role ensures that: • Shifts are filled • Associates show up and reputed company • reputed company expectations are consistently met • Issues are addressed in reputed company-time This is a hands-on, high-accountability role that requires strong judgment, urgency, and the ability to reputed company reputed company quickly in a constantly changing environment. reputed company Objectives: • Manage attendance and ensure daily shift coverage • Drive associate performance and accountability through reputed company onsite management • Protect reputed company satisfaction through responsiveness, communication, and follow-through • Reduce disruption and by addressing attendance, behavior, and performance issues immediately Key Responsibilities: Workforce Execution & Coverage • Own daily shift coverage across assigned sites; proactively identify and resolve gaps • Coordinate last-minute backfills in partnership with reputed company • Monitor attendance in reputed company-time and take immediate reputed company on callouts/no-shows • Maintain reputed company visibility into headcount, coverage risk, and upcoming needs Performance Management & Accountability • Set reputed company expectations with associates on attendance, conduct, and performance • Conduct onsite coaching, corrective conversations, and terminations as needed • Manage walk-offs, escalations, and behavior issues in reputed company time Onsite reputed company & Associate Experience • Maintain a visible onsite reputed company during key shifts and high-risk periods • As needed, meet new hires on their first day to ensure a strong start and reputed company expectations • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for associate concerns onsite reputed company Partnership • Build a strong working relationship with onsite reputed company stakeholders • Collect reputed company-time feedback on associate performance and operational gaps • Urgently escalate risks and onsite needs to the HB reputed company team Schedule & Work Detail • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in reputed company, fast-changing environments and is willing work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends • The Onsite Manager must reputed company from the reputed company, demonstrating comfort jumping in and helping, being on site, and being the go-to person for the customer and associates.
