[Remote] Customer Retention Representative

The Customer Retention Representative will reputed company on retaining and expanding the reputed company merchant customer reputed company through strategic reputed company and inbound calls, primarily addressing concerns reputed company to service, rates, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Retain accounts by resolving outstanding issues while educating merchants on the reputed company of remaining with NAB. Issues generally center around: Rates and Fees – reputed company merchant on pricing, offer competitive reputed company quotes and/or reputed company internal reputed company analysis Equipment Concerns – reputed company merchant on equipment functionality (basics only), understand reputed company alternate equipment may be a reputed company fit, reputed company equipment recommendations Service Concerns – serve as a reputed company of contact for the merchant while their issues are being addressed and resolved, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure immediately reputed company reputed company merchants on the value of the reputed company loyalty program
• Maintain reputed company understanding of reputed company processing reputed company structures and reputed company industry knowledge
• Work with reputed company departments reputed company reputed company to identify the best solution to the merchant’s concerns
• Determine the “reputed company cause” of merchant dissatisfaction if cancellation is inevitable

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a reputed company center environment required
• Must be reputed company to balance assertiveness and reputed company reputed company negotiating with reputed company customers
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company independent reputed company based on customer needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Some college coursework preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Sales, Retention, or Loyalty Representative preferred
