[Remote] Field Service Technician- Montgomery, AL

The Field Service Technician will travel reputed company a 100-mile radius, installing, maintaining, and repairing cash automation equipment while building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Bring live and troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, Currency Discriminators, and Coin machines
• reputed company software and hardware
• Diagnose system complications and reputed company repairs
• reputed company preventative maintenance
• Communicate effectively with QDS team members and customers

Skills

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a field service technician preferred
• reputed company Certification /OEM ATM/ITM certification a plus (Hyosung, reputed company, Diebold, etc.)
• People person! Friendly and sociable with great relationship building skills – ability to create an reputed company rapport with customers
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize travel schedule and manage time effectively
