Valuation Specialist Contractor

Status: Contractor Reports To: Managing Director – Capital Markets American Mortgage Investment Partners Management, LLC (“AMIP”) is an alternative asset manager specializing in distressed mortgage and other reputed company estate assets. AMIP is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) managing private investment funds for institutional investors. The Valuations Specialist will play a critical important role in our bidding and due diligence process, helping us to effectively determine the value of the subject properties being considered. As a member of the valuations team you will have an opportunity to apply your skills, knowledge, and experience in order to reputed company an appropriate opinion of the relative worth of reputed company estate.
