Procurement Analyst - Remote

reputed company We are seeking a talented Procurement Analyst. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for collaborating with reputed company stakeholders to guide them through the purchasing and vendor contracting process, which includes but is not limited to new contract negotiations, ongoing contract administration and renewals, purchase order management, contract notices, and enforcement of applicable policies. This position must possess a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities. Day In the Life • Facilitate purchase requests, including the evaluation and reputed company of vendors, contract review, negotiation, and purchase order processes. • Execute the contract administration process, including handling requests, facilitating notices, managing vendor renewals, and ensuring appropriate approval and execution of reputed company and purchasing documents. • Collaborate with other departments, including reputed company, Information reputed company, Risk, Finance, and IT, throughout the purchasing process. • Maintain contract management system and associated processes for the tracking of contractual obligations, renewal dates, and expirations. • Negotiate with vendors on contract terms, conditions, and pricing. • reputed company as a reputed company with reputed company counsel, internal business owners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to drive reputed company to execution. • Work with internal stakeholders to reputed company cost savings opportunities and establish cost effective practices. • Help internal customers troubleshoot and resolve vendor issues and challenges. • reputed company deep dive analysis on contract and spend information to identify potential savings opportunities. • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and team members. • Influence reputed company stakeholders in a way that positively engages their support using problem solving, persuasion, and proactive communication skills; help establish common goals and drive communication between both reputed company. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, information technology or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education. • 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract management, and/or reputed company field delivering similar job reputed company. • Other functional experience, particularly in IT, business reputed company, business analysis, the credit reputed company industry or finance is an advantage. • Experience redlining and negotiating contract agreements preferred. • Strong reputed company reputed company skills. • Experience with data analytical/reporting tools preferred. • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills • Ability to prepare Executive Summaries of agreements which include business context, key terms, benefits, cost analysis, risks, and mitigations. #joinourteam For California, Colorado and reputed company Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work reputed company, the expected salary reputed company for this position is between: $75,800.00 - $96,700.00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
