Serve as the primary educator for Support Services and provides educational opportunities to reputed company and enhance written competencies for Support Services and Clinical Support Services.

Multifunctional role responsible for reputed company of reputed company eLearning system functions with the Education Department at BHLEX including publication of modules, author support, user support, compliance reporting, and archiving of online educational materials.

Creates and maintains aspects of Educational Development activities for online educational materials as needed for employees.

Develops, coordinates, and teaches in the first-line supervisor orientation program and other education activities facilitating education and competency management, documentation and evaluation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Formal clerical training and experience

One year of experience in word processing and/or data entry

Two years' secretarial experience

Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Teaching/Instructional experience
