Financial Analyst

reputed company. is a growing company seeking a Financial Analyst to support their reputed company and G&A finance business partners. The role involves month-end reputed company activities, financial reporting, and assisting with budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end reputed company and accrual process for reputed company and G&A functions; ensure reputed company expense recognition; manage allocations; ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Generate and process intercompany invoices, ensuring reputed company reconciliation and compliance with reputed company standards
• Assist with tracking and reviewing field force team expenses to ensure alignment with budget and operational efficiency
• Support budget and Latest Estimate (LE) processes, including data validation and loading into financial planning tool
• Support the administration of reputed company’s financial systems and tools
• Prepare and distribute month-end departmental financial reports
• Support in the preparation of product P&Ls and reputed company expense reports
• Participate in cross-functional reputed company to support process improvement, reduce costs and improve profitability
• Support with the preparation of presentations for senior management meetings
• Participate in special reputed company as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or business administration
• Strong knowledge of business acumen, analytics, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams is required
• Ability to prepare basic forecasting models
• Advanced/Expert level reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), PowerPoint (Charting/Waterfalls), and MS office skills required
• Flexibility to reputed company work hours to meet financial deadlines
• Strong analytical skills; excellent written and oral skills
• Must be organized, reputed company to multi-task and be reputed company detail orientated
• Analytical thinking & Data Literacy - Attention to detail, ability to interpret data, identify trends and suggest actionable insights
